TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Reservation and Confirmation
   Reservations are subject to availability and are not automatically confirmed. A reservation will only be deemed confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

2. Payment and Refund Policy
   Upon confirmation of your reservation, full payment is required. This payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, in accordance with applicable Greek law governing all transactions and activities related to this agreement.

3. Payment Process
   You will receive a payment link via email, which will direct you to a secure banking environment to complete the transaction.

4. Changes to Reservation Dates
   Reservation dates may be modified subject to availability. Payments made may be applied to the new date(s) or program(s). However, no refunds will be issued in accordance with the non-refundable policy.

5. Carrier Schedule Changes
   In the event that a cruise ship or other carrier alters its schedule, resulting in either the cancellation of its stop in Mykonos or a shortened stay, the non-refundable policy remains in effect. In such cases, we recommend that you seek compensation directly from the operator of your cruise ship or carrier.

6. Program Cancellation
   If the program is canceled for any reason by us, you are entitled to a full refund of the payment made.
